How to start studying a textbook when we are not sure where to begin?
We must have studied several textbooks as of now, but how many do we actually remember?
We don’t because our intention was not to remember them. Our intention was to finish reading the book from the beginning to the end.
Now that we have done it, we don’t remember even the author of the textbook.
So, always start where the question takes you. If you can’t ask a question, then take a question from the old question papers, or from the end of the lesson.
This is what happens in the examination. They do not give you questions in the order of appearance in the textbook. They choose it randomly.
So, your choice of question should also be random.
Do not start from the first paragraph.
Do not start from the first page.
Do not start from the first section.
Do not read the textbook to understand, but to find the answer to your question.
It is better to be thorough about at least one question rather than not being thorough at all.
