• They are qualified
• They are experts in their area
• They have a specific role to play in society

 

The teachers' skill is to see

• Who can learn what?
• Who can learn how much?
• Who can improve better from time to time?

 

The purpose of education is to

• Teach how to learn
• Pave the way to learn skills
• Not provide knowledge

 

The teacher must determine in the child,

• What abilities are there at the entry-level?
• What needs to be achieved?
• What should be done to bridge the gap between the two?

 

If there is

• Lesser gaps and more inputs should be given
• Greater gap, more time should be given
• Average gap, more focus should be given

 

The child is not finding it relevant to know

• Which skill should be used
• When should the skill be used
• How much should the skill be used

 

In the educational environment,

• The learner is the most important person
• The learner has become the victim
• The learner is least considered when making decisions

 

Learning is

• A basic need
• A fundamental necessity
• An object of curiosity

 

What children pick up from the system is

• laziness & procrastination
• Lying
• Manipulating

 

Pre-schooling should focus on the child's

• Social development
• Intellectual development
• Emotional development

 

The teachers' learning gets wasted when they are guided by others and children are confused about

• Why are they learning?
• What are they learning?
• What benefit are they getting out of learning?

 

There is an underlying problem when the child lacks something and the child

• Refuses to go to school
• Refuses to study
• Refuses to cooperate

 

Without our knowledge

• What we don't want, we give attention
• What we want, we ignore
• What we don't want, will increase
